Product Originality

The sole focus of the Publishing Creatively Fair is product "originality."
We no longer accept vendors who have previously been documented selling wholesale market goods or products that were not self-created or modified. The sale of counterfeit goods, second-hand items, products using others' logos or trademarks, or items created by modifying others' images/photographs is strictly prohibited.
We warmly welcome brands (or creators) that are unique, story-driven, thematic, eager to share their creative visions, and aspiring to transition from amateur to professional status to join this annual celebration.
At the Publishing Creatively Fair, creators can engage with fellow artists and audiences, generating unexpected inspirational sparks, absorbing creative enthusiasm, and encouraging each other to continue on their creative journeys.

Space Limitations

Given the limited space at the venue, particularly around popular booths where queues form, we strictly prohibit placing luggage, inventory, excess chairs, or signage in pedestrian walkways and booth aisles. Customer solicitation or activities that occupy space in front of booths are also prohibited.
(Calling out to customers or singing within booths is strictly forbidden, as your neighbors prefer a quiet vending environment)

Additionally, there is insufficient space to accommodate customers lingering in one location for extended periods.
In the application form, brands primarily focused on "portrait sketching" or "fortune-telling" are more likely to be declined.
Please evaluate carefully whether to apply for the Publishing Creatively Fair. Furthermore, unauthorized booth transfers or mergers are prohibited, and discovery of such actions will affect future application eligibility.

Display Planning

The "booth display" section in the Publishing Creatively Fair application form requires photos of your intended display setup for review purposes. We expect a minimum standard of decoration and display at the actual booth.
While not mandatory, providing this information can expedite the review process. New vendors without previous display records can create a mock setup at home to visualize their booth arrangement.

Essential booth display items include:
  • Product display
  • Brand signage
  • Price list
  • Business cards
